Ashley is a dedicated psychotherapist with a clinical treatment focus on trauma recovery, military life culture, and supporting individuals impacted by adversity. Ashley leverages her experience to spearhead innovative leadership techniques within our practice and in the community. Ashley has been a part of multiple initiatives in the region aimed at enhancing mental health services for communities that lack resources and access to quality mental healthcare. 

Trained in trauma-informed treatment modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Psychoanalysis, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma Informed Clinical Hypnosis, Ashley has a deep understanding of the complexities of PTSD, adverse childhood experiences, addiction, suicidality, and personality disorders. Her treatment background includes providing clinical interventions tailored to the unique needs of active-duty service members, combat veterans, special operators, first responders, those who have left cults and have experienced religious abuse, people struggling with process addictions, providing Catholic faith based counseling to those who seek it, and treating people who have learned that they were conceived through non-paternal events which lead to uncovering family secrets via at home DNA tests.
